Using our Patented Automatic Technology
we have developed a method for the simultaneous microwave sterilization
of numerous metallic and other low dielectric loss objects, such as
those used for dental and medical purposes. The innovation lies within
the automatic temperature control of different containers or pouches
containing the instruments, so that the fastest heating containers
do not heat excessively, thereby allowing the slower heating containers
to reach the desired sterilization temperatures. This allows all the
objects or instruments to be sterilized simultaneously without heat
damage to any single instrument, group of instruments or the container
or pouch in which the objects are held while being microwaved. The
objective of this invention was to create a speedy method of sterilization
when compared to the current methods using the Autoclave. This study
was carried out by Bob Schiffmann, Ken Eke and Graham Eke.
We also produce a radiation monitor for the protection of personnel
in microwave environments where exposure levels must never exceed
10mW/cm². Our UK company produces and recalibrates our Apollo
designed radiation monitor, Model X1. |
